SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER DISPATCH:

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
  • In case of any delays in order processing, the customer will be informed about possible delays.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1000.
  • For orders under ₹1000, the standard shipping fee is ₹100.
  • Delivery times vary:
    • For metro cities: Shipment delivery takes approximately 2-3 days from the time of dispatch.
    • For non-metro cities: Shipment delivery takes approximately 5-7 days from the time of dispatch.
  • For orders within Delhi NCR, delivery is promised in 2 working days.
  • For the rest of India, delivery is completed in 5-7 working days.
  • Customers will receive a notification when their order is out for delivery in their local area.

International Shipping:

  1. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and charged after checkout, based on the weight of the order.

  2. Any custom charges or duties are to be paid by the customer. The business does not cover these fees.

  3. Fedex is used for international shipping.

  4. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-12 working days.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Tashnira does not offer a return or refund policy. However, they do provide an exchange option for customers who have received a damaged or wrong article.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Only damaged or wrong articles are eligible for exchange.
  • Tashnira requires an unboxing video as proof of the damage or wrong article.
  • Complaints without an unboxing video will not be considered.
  • The unboxing video should be shared within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on their customer care number.

Exchange Process:

  • A Customer Care Executive will review the unboxing video to confirm its authenticity.
  • If the shared unboxing video is found to be fake, re-packed, or incomplete, the case will not be processed further.
  • The article to be exchanged should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging and tags.
  • Once the exchange is approved, the customer needs to pack the article with bubble wrap and courier it to the provided address.
  • Tashnira will dispatch the new article only after receiving and reviewing the return parcel.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping charges, and they need to self-ship the product.
  • Customers should use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details once the product is shipped.
  • Tashnira's team will get in touch with the customer to discuss the shipping charges for resending the parcel with the correct size.

Refund Policy:

Tashnira has a strict no refund policy, indicating that they do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Customers should carefully review and understand this exchange policy before making a purchase from Tashnira, as it outlines the specific conditions and procedures for exchanges and clarifies that refunds are not available.
